1. Order Processing

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Order Confirmation: Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

• Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., address changes), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@9-sixteen.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below is an overview of our shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Flat rate of $11.00 for all orders under $75. Free shipping for orders over $75.

• No Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) or Overnight Shipping (1 business day).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or extreme weather conditions.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts). Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

• International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand our shipping options in the future, so please check back for updates.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

• Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@9-sixteen.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and assist you in resolving the problem.

• Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@9-sixteen.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.

• Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with your neighbors and ensuring a secure delivery location. If you suspect theft, please file a claim with the carrier or contact us for assistance.

7. Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship the order.
